Qualifications to enter the Tirzepatide Weight Loss program:

1. Have a BMI or 25 or higher.
2. Between the ages of 19-73
3. Non-diabetic.
4. Not on any GLP-1medications.
5. No history of stroke, Parkison's disease or thyroid or pancreatic disease/cancer.
